great dark vultures up over the trees and
should I run, their fiery love will
burn my body away

Look there's a golden heart down in the mud
though once mine I can't see it at all there's
something wrong, all color's gone
my mind is slipping away

My limbs are shaking with wrath and with pain
the spirit jumped ship but the vessel remains
